Welcome to my space on the World Wide Web. While I am no stranger to certain social media platforms, having my own section in Cyberspace is kind of cool. My personal passion lies in sharing my experience and thoughts to those around me.
I enjoy public speaking and teaching, especially to my peers in the working world. In this day and age, as we move towards higher levels of technology adoption, I still feel that communication works extremely well when done face to face. Therefore, with this website, I try to blend what I know in the world of sharing and communicating with the tools provided by technology.

I graduated in Accounting and Finance some time ago, but was steered by chance into the world of banking soon after. While working in the financial services industry, I was exposed to 2 realms: the realm of communication and leadership via Toastmasters and the realm of financial crime, specifically in Anti-Money Laundering.
Over the years, as my journeys into these 2 areas progressed, my interest in these 2 industries developed into my dual passions that make me who I am today.
From a vocational perspective, I dwell in the world of Financial Crime Compliance while in the soft skills side, I occasionally dabble in the educating and helping of people up-skilling themselves in the areas of communication and presentation skills.

In communicating with people, we connect and build relationships to not only create a comfortable environment, but also to manage lasting connections with others.
Rapport
Creating a close and harmonious relationship as well as maintaining it to better communicate ideas and thoughts requires rapport. Communicate effectively!
Impression
A person creates an impression within 3 seconds of meeting. It is imperative to create a positive impression that will act as a guide to future conversations.
