161. A Time of Staying at home: Challenge 4 - Changes in routine


Another thing that has changed a lot for me (and I am sure for most of you as well) is my daily routine.

It used to be:

1. Wake up

2. Get ready for work

3. Go to work

4. Work

5. Lunch

6. Work

7. Go home from work

8. Dinner

9. Time with family

10. Sleep

Now its:

1. Wake up

2. Get ready for work

3. Work

4. Work

5. Work (with quick lunch)

6. Work

7. Work

8. Dinner

9. Time with family

10. Cannot Sleep

I realise: while commuting used to take time, and we usually complain it takes time, if we save that time by working from home, and use that saved time for working, it may be productive from a work standpoint, but its super unhealthy from a personal perspective.

Now that I realise: I need to balance life a bit:- i.e. spend more time with family and etc.
