161. A Time of Staying at home: Challenge 4 - Changes in routine
Another thing that has changed a lot for me (and I am sure for most of you as well) is my daily routine. It used to be: 1. Wake up 2. Get ready for work 3. Go to work 4. Work 5. Lunch 6. Work 7. Go home from work 8. Dinner 9. Time with family 10. Sleep Now its: 1. Wake up 2. Get ready for work 3. Work 4. Work 5. Work (with quick lunch) 6. Work 7. Work 8. Dinner 9. Time with family 10. Cannot Sleep I realise: while commuting used to take time, and we usually complain it takes

160. A Time of Staying at home: Challenge 3 - Not being able to shop and buy stuff as usual
Over the weeks of the MCO, shopping has taken a big shift. We cannot go shop for stuff just to have a walk at the malls anymore. We cannot go out unless we are buying essentials! One of my daily routines when I was working normally (that is, before the MCO), is having my breakfast at the local mamak near my office. Oh boy, it has been 3 weeks without my usual teh o kosong panas, thosai telur and sometimes chapatti. The challenge is not the food or drink itself, i realise, it is more the environment, a short alone time for me to charge up and calm down before work every day. The quiet time when I could prepare my mind, body and soul for the coming day

157. A time of Staying Home.... and Reflection!
We here in Malaysia are moving into the 3rd week of the Movement Control Order (MCO) as we strive to contain and control the COVID-19 virus pandemic. Everyone is to stay home with minimal movement out of the home allowed.
Many challenges are faced daily as we face an unprecedented time, here in Malaysia and around the globe. What are some of the challenges you may be facing? In this quarter, I'll be taking some time to reflect how this MCO has affected me, the challenges fac
